These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and jua365 ("jua365," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the jua365 website located at jua365.net, including all associated services, features, content, and functionality (collectively, the "Platform").

To access the full features of the jua365 Platform, you must create a registered account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the jua365 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

• You must not register using false, misleading, or fictitious information.
• You must promptly update your account information if any details change.
• jua365 reserves the right to verify your identity at any point using Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures.
• Accounts found to contain false information may be suspended immediately and any balances forfeited pending investigation.

jua365 may, at its sole discretion, decline to open an account or close an existing account without being required to provide a reason, subject to applicable law.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jua365 account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not reuse passwords from other platforms.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including family members or friends.

jua365 will never contact you to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from jua365 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

jua365 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — remains your responsibility until you have notified jua365 of a security breach and we have taken appropriate action.

jua365 supports deposits and withdrawals in Philippine Peso (₱) through a range of local payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are from a legitimate source and that you are the authorized account holder of the payment method used.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amounts are as specified on the jua365 deposit page and are subject to change.
• Deposits are generally credited to your jua365 account within minutes, subject to the processing times of your chosen payment provider.
• jua365 does not accept deposits from third parties. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.

Withdrawals:

• All bets placed on jua365 are final once confirmed. jua365 does not accept requests to cancel or reverse confirmed wagers except in cases of a verified technical error.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or system error that affects the outcome of a game, jua365 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund all wagers placed during that round.
• jua365 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by licensed live dealer studios.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jua365 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:

• Registering more than one account or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in an unauthorized manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match fixing, or fraudulent activity in connection with any game or bet.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jua365 staff or other players.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to jua365 systems, databases, or other users' accounts.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions or to disguise your true location.

All content on the jua365 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the property of jua365 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from jua365.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used in connection with the Platform.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data gathering tools on the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jua365 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunctions, system outages, or connectivity issues beyond jua365's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by maintenance, updates, or force majeure events.
• Decisions made by you in reliance on information provided on the Platform.

jua365's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jua365 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit jua365's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent jua365 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
